Block-03 covers Types and specification of Aerial photographs, Scale, Resolution, Geometric properties of Single Aerial Vertical Aerial, Stereoscopy, Stereoscopic Parallax, and Relief Displacement. Block-04 covers Nature of Qualitative Information and Sequence in Interpretation, Elements of Image Interpretation, and Elements of Image Patterns–Landforms, Drainage, Erosion Details.
PGDRS-02 Remote Sensing I (Practical): Block-01 covers Stereo test, Orientation of stereopair under mirror stereoscope, Use of auxiliary information in object Identification, interpretation of, Preparation of land use/land cover classification system based on aerial, and Delineation interpretation and mapping of general land use. Block-02 covers Referencing and layout of satellite imageries, Identification of objects/beaters on multi-band imagers and FCC, Interpretation of physical and cultural featers from IRS imagery, and Delineation interpretation and mapping of land uses/land cover using.
PGDRS-03 GIS Analysis I (Practical): Block-01 covers Definitions of GIS and Related Terms, Development of GIS, Components of GIS, Geographical Data Characteristics and GIS, Coordinate Systems, Datums and Projections in GIS. PGDRS-04 Computer Fundamentals and GPS: Unit-1: Introduction to computers, Basics of operating system: DOS and Windows; Unit-2: Hardware and software requirements of GIS; Unit-1: Spatial data input and Geo-referencing; Unit-2: Spatial data base creation; Creation of non-spatial data base; Unit-3: Linking of Spatial data with non-spatial data sets. Unit-2: 3D modeling: DEM, Slope and Aspect, Unit-1: Demonstration on GPS; Selection of datum, units and scale; Unit-2: GPS measurement: Collection of GCPs; Mobile mapping; Unit-3: Transfer of GPS data in to GIS platform.

Block-02 covers LIDAR, Image Fusions, Object oriented classification, and Digital Photogrammetric and Information Extraction Techniques. Block-03 covers Network Analysis and Shortest Route Characteristics, Spatial Decision Support System, Multi-criteria Decision Analysis, and Spatial Data Infrastructures (NSDIs). The Post Graduate Diploma in Food Safety and Nutritional Quality Management (PGDFSQM) aims to equip learners with technical proficiency in food safety and quality assurance. Upon completion, learners should be able to comprehend issues of safety and quality, build technical proficiency in food processing chains, ensure food safety as per legal requirements, apply various management systems (QMS, FSMS, Laboratory Management System), plan and conduct audits, undertake microbiological and chemical analysis, and apply good practices in the food industry.

Also covers The Essential Commodities Act 1955, Fruit Products Order 1955, Meat Food Products Order 1973, Milk and Milk Products Order 1992, Edible Oils Packing (Regulation) Order 1998, Vegetable Oils Products (Regulation) Order 1998, and Sugar Control Order. UNIT 3 covers CODEX ALIMENTARIUS COMMISSION (CAC) including its introduction, importance, statutes, functions, standard development process, and harmonization with national standards.
